Our single-span greenhouse tunnel is ideal for emerging and commercial farmers.   Subsequently, more units can be integrated as your business grows.   The lengths or our tunnels can be changed but not the widths.   In addition, standard or roll-up sides are available.    A heating and/or cooling system is also optional.   If necessary we supply and install a complete irrigation system, namely a pump, piping and tanks.   The greenhouse plastic that we use is of an import quality,  200μm (micron) and UV resistant, thus one of the best supplied in the industry.  

You have the option of choosing plastic or shade-net and may even wish to use both.    For a strong and durable tunnel we highly recommend  that you use greenhouse plastic fully covered with shade-net.  On the other hand, for our more prestigious projects, Polycarbonate plastic  is the right solution, however, this is a costly option but certainly worth it.   In conclusion, our tunnels are manufactured in various sizes to suit your specific needs.

The aquaculture hobby tunnel creates an ideal environment for fish farming.     Accommodating 1 or 2 aquaculture production unit/s (APU) with filters, this resourceful tunnel offers great benefits for food security projects.

Our hoop tunnels are covered using 40% vegnet shade netting. They are open at one end and covered at the other.  These offer great protection from the suns UV rays yet they are still well ventilated.

The deluxe-mini tunnel, similar in design to the hoop tunnel, is also covered with 40% Vegnet shade netting.  However, instead of an open front, there is a door, making this hoop tunnel more secure.  It too comes in standard sizes, but can be customized according to your needs.

In hot climates around the world, vegetables and cut flowers are grown under shade net to reduce heat and light intensity.  With the help of science, innovative light manipulation and UV management results show that photo-selective colour nets create an environment that can be managed and turned into optimal growing conditions.  This allows the farmer to produce crops, many times during off-season,  that have better growth, development and a higher yield.

New Generation Emerging Farmers ‘VERTI-SOCK’ initiative adds a flare to vertical farming.  This cleverly thought up shade net design allows for some interesting growing ideas to beautify water tank structures.
